Very entertaining and was one of the first true romance novels I’ve read. Wanted to read book before watching the Netflix series even though I’ve heard they differ quite a bit. And I’ve heard the show is better.
I liked how fast the pace of this was and I liked how Daphne started out bold & self-assured. I liked the part about Simon and him wrestling with his past.
Hate that there is a scene where consent is questionable even if we see the character’s intentions are understandable (though not justified imo).
Would recommend as a beach-read book.
