I think this book finished me 💔 I cried my eyes out and it was a hard read for me. M. L. Wang I will email you my therapy bill. 

Honestly the beginning of this book is a little rough which is understandable, because the world building is huge and there's a lot of history and conflicts. 
The climax happens at 50ish% and OMGGGG the action scenes were amazing. It was heartbreaking and gut wrenching, I needed to stare at the wall for a few days. It took me so long to finish because I needed a break to calm down.

I really loved the ending, and I know I would think about this book every once in awhile.
