I've been waiting for Roan Hartley's book because I am a sucker for broody, damaged and tortured men. He is all of those things, but he is so much more! I KNEW there was such a beautiful heart underneath all of that hurt and pain. I loved Roan's relationship with Aspen and how he cares for not only her, but Cady as well. Cady was the cutest little girl and I just adored her. Aspen is such a strong woman who endured so much but still has such love for this world. They are the perfect match. This is probably one of my FAVORITE Catherine Cowles books and I do not say that lightly.
