This book kept me wanting to read more. While it was quite gruesome, I think it did a great job at highlighting the implications of micro agessions and the difference between appreciation vs appropriation. I felt like the ending was a bit rushed, and was confused by why they even brought the tumor into things. I thought they were going to use it as an excuse for insanity, but then it was clear that wasn’t the case.
