The Nightingale is a historical drama that will RIP YOUR HEART TO SHREDS. It deals with the polarity of two sisters + their intimate struggles in a war torn France. While fictional, I feel that the story sheds light on the experience of women during war. Somewhat of a slow start, but it gets real good. And I thought the ending was amazing.
