Wonder
by R.J. Palacio
3.5 I'm on the edge for this book. It was very strong overall, especially for a contemporary. The story was very meaningful. It was not middle grade, not YA, but somewhere in between with characters from both age groups. There are enough perspectives for anyone to find someone to relate to.
With all the points of view giving their side of events in the story, it was sometimes repetitive, especially in the beginning. Also, some perspectives bugged me. One had no capitalization nor quotations.
