Out On a Limb
by Hannah Bonam-Young
I knew what trope this was going into the book and that helped a lot, even though it is not usually a favorite of mine.
Lets start with things that I loved
-The dual disability representation
-The meet cute!
-The first spicy scene. So well written. No notes.
-" Friends with Fetuses"
- The childless by choice supportive best friend (and 3rd wheel husband)
- Golden retriever, hot & nerdy MMC
Things I did not love
- "I am so little and he is so big", I never thought I would find a book that can put Ali Hazelwood to shame, but here we are.
- The last 20%. WHY? Everything is resolved at 80% and then life just goes on. No minor conflict. Everything is just happy and perfect forever.
