Mindset: The New Psychology of Success
by Carol S. Dweck
Honestly, if I didn't have to read this book for work, I don't think I would've finished it. The first half of the book is quite useful, but after that it got super repetitive. For example, one example will get mentioned, then not really talked about again for half of the book, then it does a deep dive. This would be fine, but the first mention of it really did it justice. I felt it repeated the same information about growth vs. fixed mindset. It also brought up Columbine out of nowhere, had the main reason that Columbine be used as an example factually incorrect, and kind of validates the massacre. Honestly, after that point the book really lost me.
