While it’s still a romance book, a lot of the focus was on relationships. Exploring relationships between friends, family, and potential partners was what made this book so relatable. Not everyone is perfect and there were real life challenges and gray areas that defined each cast member. Henry’s dialogue has always been too notch, but now her character development and how fleshed out they are is too.
