this was quite disappointing/: i didn’t know there was such a thing as too many taylor swift references but ms. painter sure did achieve that. i honestly just wasn’t as engaged and invested with charlie and bailey as i was with her other ya romance couples. both of bailey’s parents were so shitty and i don’t feel like we got closure with how fucked up both her mom and scott acted at some points. there were several things in this that i felt were pointless.

idk it wasn’t a bad book, i was just expecting more out of it.
