I first read this book when I was young and have re-read it quite a few times, most recently last year. Even reading it as an adult I still love it. It's the perfect book to read on a cosy afternoon with a cup of tea! I love how France's Hodgson Burnett is able to take Mary from being annoying and spoiled and make her loveable. If you haven't read it, I would recommend it, especially if you are looking for a feel good story.
