This is a very comprehensive look at sewing with knit fabrics such a jersey. There are no real patterns, and instead this book focuses on patterns you may already have, or want to try. It covers everything from setting your machine write, finding the nap, and troubleshooting seams and hems. A Very well done book even for expert sewers.
