I feel as if I never had a clue what was going to happen next in this book. Their adventure was so bizarre, but somehow I didn't realize it until I had finished reading. It was unexpected in the best way. How did I never stop to think about how strange it was that all of a sudden there's a bunch of nuns in the middle of a dirty book? Because I was hooked and loving these characters, that's why! Pippa Grant writes characters that are funny and quippy and ridiculous in the best way. I'm not getting any soul-crushing life lessons or emotional journeys from this series, but I am having a crapload of fun.
