I'm huge fan of this series and when I received the ebook this morning I immediately started to read it (I was home ill so I had the time even if there's quite a long list of ARC to review).
I was hooked since the first pages. It was like meeting again a groups of old friends and being updated on what was going on in their life.
The mystery part does not start soon but the first part of the book introduce us to the victim and the possible suspects.
The mystery was exciting as usual and kept me guessing till the end.
I loved how the mystery was developed and the character development for both human and feline characters (Ramses is very nice).
On a general level I found the book entertaining and engrossing, I read it as fast as I could. There was only an issue: it was over too soon and now I have to wait for the next instalment.
As this is my favourite series I had high expectations and I'm happy to say that they were all met.
