Let's see. I like this book as you can see from my 4 star rating.

I will say that this has a lot of build up and very character focused. I kept waiting for the main event of the book but it took a while. Quite a long while, actually. I did think "oh no, i'm not gonna like this style am i?". But I must say that I was not bored. Not totally. I don't like any of the characters and maybe don't care to learn about them as much as the book made me, but it still got my attention. I still went page after page after page because I wanted to know if next chapter is THE ONE.

That probably sounded like I didn't like the book but I did lol. If you're into cynical, character-driven thrillers, this might be for you. I've always been a plot driven person but who knows.

I'm looking forward to read The Guest List next!
