Flaws of characters a main focus:
Complicated
It was good but it felt a bit rushed at points. It also had a 3/4 trope I can’t stand, and the ending was both too slow and too fast. I really like the town and his family. She is great and he is mostly great. I think the twins should have been in it a bit more, less heavy on the week they were gone. I want more books in this series now (need Ari and Dash)! But this book just fell short for me.
Graphic: Sexual content, Toxic relationship
Moderate: Emotional abuse, Misogyny, Sexism, Gaslighting
Minor: Cursing, Religious bigotry, Death of parent, Abandonment, Alcohol, Classism
She runs from the toxic relationship right at the start. Sexism/misogyny, gaslighting, emotional abuse, classism, financial abuse are all by the ex not the MMC. Death of parents is past so is abandonment and religious bigotry (very minor).
