Soul Dancing
by Gail Priest
mysterious
reflective
medium-paced
This was one of the most unique things I've read in a while and I was enthralled through the whole thing. You have to suspend some belief while reading, but it's worth the journey.
We start with 90 yr old Shirlene who died but her soul goes into another's body- Rain who is giving birth. Now Shirlene has to pretend to be Rain and finds out that the father's brother, Can, promised to help raise his niece. The two get close and she tells him the truth.
I loved that they became this little family. It was hard and there are a lot of twists and tests in her new body/world but I appreciate each aspect of what they go through. Even more surprises await you in the book, but I want you to read it and find out yourself.
