not a bad story, but the writing was so overly worldly at times at the point of being kind of unreadable. extremely nuanced but at times to it’s detriment because it was sometimes just there to make a political statement (not necessarily a ad thing in itself) without really being connected to the actual story. overall i enjoyed it though! we need more trans books
