The Fallout
by Rebecca Thornton
3.5 stars
Being my first book by the author didn’t exactly know what to expect.
The story is interesting and the characters can be easily reliable with real-life people or friends.
Hiding the truth to a long-time friend just because you think it’s hurting her feelings it’s definitely not something that I would do because the consequences are worse usually and this story it’s the proven argument for it.
It has a good pace, a few twists and turns but something felt flat for me to be able to give it more stars, unfortunately. I even could go on to say it’s more woman’s fiction than a suspenseful story.
Thanks for my review copy to the publisher.
