The Trouble with Possibilities
by Nancie Abuhaidar
adventurous
reflective
medium-paced
Del, after losing her husband, heads to Africa to an orphanage school but it starts out rocky. She clashes with the director, David and tries to ignore Ben, a Hollywood heartthrob who has the same passion as her for education.
But she loves the kids and while she's a bit on the outs with her own kids, it helps to stay to heal her heart a bit.
At first, I didn't like David. He seemed like a big jerk but he just had someone he needed to get help for and he does. I did take some time to get used to Del and her attitude which wasn't the best but I grew to love her, flaws and all. I loved the setting of Africa, really felt like an adventure.
