Absorbing, gripping, amazing world... Fire is interesting, the romance is subtle. Good... but (inevitable comparison) not as good as Graceling. Still, worth reading.

August 2014: I take that back. It's just as good as Graceling. Similar, but different. And I LOVED exploring the new part of the world.
