13 years ago a revolution took place. All the creepy crawlies come out of the wood work and announced “Hey were not human”. Plus in special cases, resurrection is possible. Charlie Madigan is just such an individual, and she’s a cop. Charlie and her partner are on the trail of a deadly new street drug called ASH. In the midst of her investigation she puts her family in danger and discovers she has powers that can potentially destroy the world. Over all not a bad read. It does have some slow points, but it sill keeps the reader entertained.
