I was a bit scared reading this because it's been awhile since read volume 1 and thought I'd be lost. I was, at first, forgetting who is who. But once get to the 2nd issue in this collection I began to piece together everyone again. Once I did...fuck this is good!!!

So the two big companies are about to go to war. IO and Skywatch are just not friendly to each other, and this volume is them coming to blows in a almost anticlimatic way because it's not all bang bang, boom boom, it's stealing files and ruining their companies. Sounds silly, right? Except when you start fucking with their stuff then they send people to kill each other. In the background have our heroes, if you want to call them that, and they decide to fuck BOTH Skywatch and IO. This brings basically a three-way war into the middle of it all.

Good: The art is great, especially those action scenes. Sweet sweet, AMAZING, action scenes. I also loved the hell out of the dialogue. Multiple times I got chuckles and laughs from the interaction between the characters. The intriguing build up to the "war" is always interesting and never feels like Ellis is talking down to anyone. That ending...damn...

Bad: It is ALOT. Maybe too much for some. And I do recommend reading volume 1 again or for the first time before reading this one.

Overall, goddamn, I am really digging wild storm. I really gotta go back and read Authority and such but this is so damn fun. A 4 out of 5.
