The Heir
by Kiera Cass
lighthearted
slow-paced
This series should have stopped at 'The One'. Without being to negative, it was unecessary and seemed unrealistic from how the existing characters were portrayed in this book After what America (still can't get past this name, I honestly ignored it) went through this and how it was it was something that she didn't want. Why would she put her child through it; doesn't seem right nor in character. Not to mention how totally unlikeable Eadlyn is, so out of touch with how her people are. With her mother being a 5 you would think that there was be some parenting, to get her to knowledge how privileged she is. Even with this out of mind there is no character progress showing any growth into understanding this or anything with her interactions, it is all what about me with no in depth reason, and I hope they all run including Kile .
I regret picking this one up.
I finished this book only because I don't DNF books. I will not be picking up the next book.
