These books keep topping the next. Never thought I’d see a book mix pirates of the Caribbean, gladiator and the little mermaid together, but it was a riot to read.

To protect the summer kingdom from downfall we had stubborn princes trying to cross a desert looking for long lost Pegasus warriors, seeking the path through an icy labrinth filled with fates, on a quest to corrupt dark magical crystals by hiding away in the corrupt below and the summer prince fighting his way to the top in a gladiator arena to get his people to rise up against the dark forces, only for the city to be won and lost at the same time.

I really appreciate the fact that a why choose can be as romantic and tropey as it is while still having incredible fantasy world building and plot that’s gonna last us for 7 books and I’m invested at every step. The twists at the end were quite unexpected and I’m heartbroken but eager to see where this will lead us next.
