僕のヒーローアカデミア 23 [Boku no Hero Academia 23]
by Kōhei Horikoshi
I decided to jump ahead because I hear this is the arc that is pretty different from the anime and they cut stuff out.
This finishes up Class A and Class B fighting. Deku along with everyone else has a new set of powers, or using their powers in a new way. This finishing of the arc was fun though not amazing. We then get into the villains arc, and how they've been using their time to grow as a organization as well as another "liberation army" going after them.
This overall is a decent arc. Some cool moments of growth for a few characters and getting to see the villains grow is fun. I didn't love it though and it didn't leave a lasting impact on anything so far, feels more like a build up to what is to come.
A 3 out of 5.
