Siege and Storm
by Leigh Bardugo
The first half of this book was amazingly good. Actionpacked and suprising. So, I was really happy to have the second book in a trilogy without the second book syndrome.
But in the second half, it kicked in. It wasn't as addictive anymore, there was a lot of waiting and preparing. Which is realistic, but a bit boring to read about. The ending was really strong again, and I'm really curious as to what will happen in Ruin & Rising, but is just didn't felt like a 5* book. Nearly, but not nearly enough.
