This book went a little slower for me in terms of excitement. Most of the plot twists I was able to predict relatively early and found only a few minor, shocking moments. *Spoilers* I am not a fan of love triangles and I'll be expecting a lot of clean up to happen in the last novel with Rose and Dimitri. As far as the trial goes, I hope that doesn't take up the majority of the last novel but I'll find out in a day or two. So far the first and third novels are definitely my favorite.
