Flock by Kate Stewart is book one in the Ravenhood series. Cecelia is 18 years old and recently moved to Triple Falls to work at her estranged father’s company. Here she meets Sean who then involves her in a tangled web of romance, secrets, and twisted relationships. 

This series was recommended to me. Highly recommended. I was bored a majority of the time. I did not connect to any of the characters. They were one dimensional. Sean annoyed me, Cecelia annoyed me, and I wish there had been more Dominic maybe. 

I didn’t hate it but I also didn’t really enjoy it. I wanted to like the story line. It kept me interested enough that I kept reading but I’m not sure if it was because I was interested in the plot or just wanted to see Cecelia’s naivety and what stupid thing she would say or do next. 

I plan to continue the series because people do say it gets better. I do think that if you like MFM relationships in books with a touch of dark romance, and semi decent story you’d probably like this.
