Received for an honest opinion.

This book was not what I expected and tore me up! It's a totally emotional read.
I did find however, that it started rather abruptly and we never really get to know Allee. To be honest, I'm not sure what it was that attracted Ryan to her. It really feels as if she's a minor character when that's not the case. I also found some of the phrases Ryan used didn't suit his character, they seemed more British than upper class New York. It also seemed like it was a bit rushed and could've done if it was a bit longer.
Undying love is not really my cup of tea and I won't be reading the sequel but I know it will appeal to some.
