An interesting start to a trilogy. I’m curious where it’s going to go and how our MCs are going to survive, honestly. Also, really freaking pissed about all the characters who were killed off in this book! It’s not fair; I really liked some of them! And the best friend/partner’s betrayal was super uncalled for! I’m so excited for book 2!
