If things had taken a turn for the worse towards the end of this novel, I would be writing Leigh Bardugo a strongly worded letter right now instead of writing a review. This book was so good! I went in blind, only knowing that there were some magical elements and it was set in (what I'm considering) Russia. It was such a fantastic, quick paced read. I loved all of the characters, I never groaned at how our heroine behaved, and I'm so ready for more.
