I read this book because at the time it was really high in the Kindle Unlimited charts and after seeing all the good reviews here I decided it was probably good.

But I'm really confused by all the positive reviews because this is the worst book I've read for a long time. The story isn't bad, per se, but it's too predictable and sugary and the writing is shockingly bad - it read like something a school girl would've written. The characters were so wet and I was so relieved when this was over (which happened when my Kindle was at about 85%?!)

The ending was probably the best bit about it, and it has a nice cover...so there's that, I guess.
