As much as I liked this book, I didn’t love this one as much as the other ones in the series. I loved India as a character, and it was nice to get such a focus on Yash when he’d been featured so prominently in the other books. There was just something missing for me to enjoy it more, and I’m not sure what it was. I’ll eagerly read the last book in this series when it comes out, though! Admittedly, however, I am curious what it will be as the author said it will feature Vansh and Esha (who have been interesting side characters throughout the books, but are also cousins so I don’t know how that will play out!).
