I loveeee a pirate book and I love an underdog.

Ximena is someone who does everything “right” and has a strong moral code but it still isn’t enough for her to be “one of them”.

As a pirate hunter, when Gasparilla attacks, she knows this is her opportunity to show everyone once and for all which side she’s on.

The journey wasn’t easy and things start to unravel showing that not everything is as it seems!

I was thoroughly hooked through this one. If you love pirates and adventure, this is for you! However, don’t go in to this on the basis of it being marketed enemies to lovers, it’s a sloooooow burn and that’s not the focus of this book!
