After the ever plotting and ever scheming not to mention meddlesome Count Olaf manages to ruin yet another chance at happiness for Violet, Klaus and Sunny they are sent to live with who could only be described as their most strange gaurdian to date - Aunt Josephine, who for me almost ruined the entire book with her strange ways which seemed to iritate both the children and myself leaving me wanting to send this book soaring across the room.
She was the only downfall of the amazing book. Snicket provides readers with yet another exciting and informative Unfortunate Event in the lives of the Baudelaire orphans.

I never realised how gruesome these books are - first with monty and his corpse description not the killing of aunt Josephine! With all the references to adult things I’m thoroughly enjoying the books so far! Want to read all of them this hear
