Five Feet Apart
by Tobias Iaconis, Rachael Lippincott, Mikki Daughtry
I just finished listening to this book on audible and I am more than happy with this beautiful book. A lot of the book is based on the romance of two teenagers with Cystic Fibrosis, but the story also focusses on representing the life of someone with CF. Before reading this book, I had not clue what the outcomes or struggles of CF were besides having problems with one's lungs, but this book gave representation to a genetic disorder that a lot of people are affected by. I loved the characters and found them relatable and well rounded. Overall, a really great book that I am glad I read before seeing the movie come out in March.
