Jacoby and Roman are both actors that have animosity towards each other. They end up being casted together to store in an upcoming movie so they have to get over any feelings and act to really sell being lovers on the screen.
The tension between these two was so strong in the beginning, but uuuggghhhhh it was all from miscommunication. Miscommunication is one of my biggest ick's when it comes to books because it's not really discussed and then the same miscommunication happens again throughout the book. I feel the way that it was done in this book, it was handled really well. They both said things years ago but when they finally got together they talked about what was said in the past and moving forward they had amazing and open communication and I loved that!
I loved watching their feelings for each other progress the way that they did. There was no rush on coming out and it all felt so natural. Their chemistry was insane, they were vulnerable with each other and they really complimented each other and made the other one a better person.
These two were both so sweet, understanding, passionate, dependable and their banter was hilarious!
