Hooked me from jump! I really like Rowan, the main character. She’s a witch and a detective and so far I’m pretty invested in both parts of her life.

This Vol. 1 bind-up is of the first 5 issues, but I recommend you read the bind-up that has Vol. 1 AND 2. As cool as the end of issue 5 was, I still feel like I’m at the beginning of the story, even though the volume is over.

There’s still so much about Rowan to learn and I am very curious to read more. Hopefully, I can get my hands on volume 2 soon.

Nicola Scott is a goddess and her art is the best damn thing about this book. She’s the reason it is a 5 star book and not 4.
