This was a nice Christian perspective on change through emotion and mindset, using scripture to keep an eternal perspective. I had never heard of Joyce Meyer before, but she had a clear tone and consistent message. She had a lot of great one-liners, such as "conviction is from God," but she also took time to expand examples.
