I am in love with this retelling of the tale of Lilith, I don't find it hard to believe Lilith was writing through Marmery. I think the pacing was very slow after the first part and it took me a while to finish, which is keeping it from a 5. Marmery states she intended this to be a novella and I think it would have benefited from being so, but overall absolutely gorgeous book.
