Rhymoceros by Janik Coat
4.0

Age: Infant-Preschool
Animal: Rhino

One impassive rhinoceros is fixed in the same place on each page while a variety of different activities and objects change around it. Each spread has two rhyming words such as chilly/frilly, caring/daring, and furry/blurry. The rhyming words are great for practicing the sounds of our language while the illustrations are perfectly paired. Tired/wired has an image of the Rhino in bed then holding a lollipop with a variety of candy scattered around him with his eyes popping out. A couple of the images are touch-and-feel.
