This is exactly what I wanted in this type of story. I appreciated the slight worldbuilding of the climate changed earth and the focus on two of the characters (rather than trying to balance so many). This is very much Hunger Games, but with space! The ending made me gasp and now I need book two.

The author narrates this alongside a male narrator (dual narration FTW) and is fantastic at it. Highly recommend!
