Slayed on the Slopes
by Kate E. Dyer-Seeley
I have mixed feelings about this book. Most of it is a repetition of the first book and rather superficial. However, the underlying mystery surrounding Meg's father's death is extremely compelling. The revelations at the end of this book really make me want to read the next one - except I dread having to get through the chapter structure and the inevitable 'oh yes, I can do (insert extreme sport' and having Meg fail spectacularly at said sport. But I'm a bit of a masochist when I comes to books, so I very well might read book 3.
