I had high hopes for The Replacement Wife, but unfortunately, this book turned out to be a tedious listen. The repetitiveness of the incidents happening to the main protagonist made it feel like the story was stuck in a loop, dragging on without real progress. Just when I expected a strong conclusion to make up for the slow build-up, the ending felt rushed and disjointed, leaving too many loose ends and lacking the payoff I was hoping for. Overall, this was a disappointing read that didn’t live up to its potential.
