honestly kind of amazed aveline died, but at the same time it felt like the author was like, oh right im writing a fantasy book and nobody (important) has died yet so she just kinda whoops'd aveline off. I kind of wish signey died as it wouldve had a bigger... (i cant remember a word rn) to the characters like they kind of seemed like they didnt give a shit...? I mean for signey, I wasnt even worried, only GRRM would kill her off, Aveline, there was like 2 sentences before the epilogue for her. Im almost mad aveline died that way too lmao. shes like im going in! and theyre like no dont do that, she does it, dies. she doesnt even die heroically, she just gets in the way then gets clapped like girl. thats one way to solve the monarchy problem though. and dont get Me started on torrey, not even a sentence was given for her

and on the topic of signey, there were moments where something was about to happen, chapter end, thing has already happened. :| Signey "dies", chapter end, Im not worried at all, come back to her alive. Torrey agrees to let gale take over her body, chapter end, its already happened. what? i thought we didnt understand how the hell iya was switching bodies so easily and we still dont understand because author just forgot to explain it
