A fresh-feeling tale of Batman and Joker. Quite engaging throughout, with one character surprising me by stealing the show. We got some new (to me) information about the Waynes and about some Bat-Villains' pasts. I enjoyed a few of the twists, and enjoyed a few others a little less, both because I didn't _like_ them, and because I wasn't sure they were the best narrative choices. Still, a very good comic, and well worth a read!
