funny, charming and on the side of just slightly too goofy. 

overall a thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining read! 

the writing was well done, the characters good and the overall story nice.

i found the romance itself a bit too insta-lovey for my taste

-they see each other a few times, talk mostly through letters and all of a sudden i am supposed to believe it’s this huge love?

 

i also found the reveal of the vampire situation a little too out there but it fit into the way that any supernatural elements in media are handled -not really questioned or seen as a joke at first but rather honestly considered. 



all together this was fun and quick and kept me flipping pages and i enjoyed it.

definitely worth a read if you want a bit of a fun one with supernatural elements without going dark or thrilling!
