What fun. Our Monster is sad when no one can come to his birthday party, so his brother (owner?) to him Pirate Land. They ate, they played, they partied. This was a wonderfully rhyming tale that was both fun and full of heart. The illustrations take knock it up even further as they are fun, varied, and beautiful. I see lots of kids liking this book, and I think I will have to add it to my nephews collection.
