A book about food for foodies who love food. This author REALLY enjoys food. Really. Which is hopeful, since so many people think of a gluten-free diet as being bland and boring and difficult. I love the way this author infuses joy and excitement into gluten-free living. This reads more like a memoir than a how-to or recipe book, but it is well-written and interesting. It was inspiring to read how the author overcomes obstacles, releases a dark past, and pushes forward into a new life without gluten, finding health and happiness.
